We serve a comprehensive range of TMT bars. Thermo - Mechanically Treated Bars, most commonly known as TMT Bars are high strength reinforcement having a tough outer core and soft inner core. These bars can be described as new generation high strength steel having superior properties such as Weldability, strength, Ductility, and Bendability. The design of TMT Bars is unique and it gives superior ductility to the bars. The very first step of the manufacturing process includes hot rolled steel wires passed through water, with the pressure of water being optimized.

The sudden change in temperature makes the outer layer of the bar super tough and durable. Once this process is over, the TMT bars are set to atmospheric cooling. This process is done in order to equalize the temperature and balance between the soft inner core and the tough outer core. It slowly turns the bar into a ferrite-pearlite mass. This unique manner of technique make this bar corrosion-resistant and boost its weldability. With the properties present in these bars, an additional 20% strength can be provided to the structure even when the same quantity of TMT Bars is served as compared to the other bars.
